Consists of 15-20 ringers who ring at 9:00 and 10:30 am worship approximately 7 times per year. Experience is not necessary, but music reading skills are helpful.
Vocal and instrumental ensembles appear regularly in our 9:00 and 10:30 services allowing a broad group of music makers to participate without a regular rehearsal commitment.
During Lent, Grace invites people from the Centre Region who love to sing to participate in our regional ecumenical choir. Our purpose is three-fold: to sing, walk a Lenten journey of faith, and grow. This annual program culminates in a musical meditation, preparing us for Holy Week and Easter joy. Periodically the ad hoc ensemble Celestial Sounds - an offshoot of the Lenten choir - participates in concerts to raise funds and awareness for our church’s community-wide food distribution. All are welcome to come and sing!
Our staff and volunteer musicians provide occasional faith-based musical performances for nursing homes. Themed programs include sacred and secular music and some hymns that spread joy.
